PRICES
Sales prices are understood to be the current prices set for each product on the website www.naranjasvalentina.com at the time of acceptance of the order. The sale prices may be modified by the owner, if required.
In accordance with current regulations, the order price includes current VAT and transport costs, freight paid.
Weight in kilos is understood as the totality made up of the container (the box) and the content (the oranges).

SHIPMENT

ORDERS
You can place your order at any time through our website or by writing to us at info@naranjasvalentina.com. Once you have confirmed your order by transfer payment to our account or through the Stripe payment gateway, we will contact you to find out when you prefer to receive your oranges.
We give you here an indicative table of the organization of the order execution process. This table is indicative, and depends on the weather, public holidays and the volume of orders. It will communicate in advance with the client in case the order suffers any delay. Deliveries are normally made within 24 hours. However, the transport companies do not guarantee that it will arrive in this time and can make the delivery in 48 hours. Grouped order:

Grouped orders are considered orders over 50 kilos sent to the same postal address. The order must be greater than 50 kilos or a figure greater than 50 kilos, expressed in multiples of 5.

CAST
The distribution will be made by a transport company outside the company at the address specified by the customer in his order. We remind you that you can specify the address that is most convenient for you as the delivery address for your order, when you anticipate that it will not be at your usual address, indicating where you prefer us to deliver it (gate, shops, collection points, neighboring homes , place or office where you work …).
In the event that the carrier passes through the indicated address and no one is there, they will leave a note for you to contact the agency and notify them at what time you want them to be delivered the next day. If you prefer, you can also go to the delegation of the transport agency to pick it up directly.
PRODUCT DELIVERY
For the delivery of the product we have selected one of the best companies in the sector that delivers as an external agency. Usually, the delivery time to the shipping address is 24 hours from collection for peninsular shipments, with the exception of villages, districts, countries such as Germany, France, Belgium or the United Kingdom, the delivery time is 3 to 4 days. PACKAGING
We use double corrugated cardboard boxes with breathers (holes) specially designed for the shipment of fruits and / or vegetables. PAYMENT CONDITIONS

STORAGE CONDITIONS
Our oranges are natural oranges and do not undergo any post-harvest treatment such as waxes or chemical treatments. They reach our final customer directly from the tree: fresh, natural and at its optimum point of maturity. They have not been industrially treated to have neither the same shape, nor the same color. For their conservation, we recommend removing them as soon as possible from the packaging box in which they are delivered and placing them in a cool and dry place (a covered gallery, a covered terrace etc …) away from direct exposure to heat sources (heaters, stoves … ), rain and / or humidity.
CLAIMS

RETURNS

WARRANTY
The guarantee will be limited to the replacement of the product that is recognized and evidenced as materially damaged.
It is important to check the merchandise before signing the delivery note and also follow the product conservation recommendations mentioned in the FAQ on our website. As a guideline and not binding, given the organic nature of the product, we can say that oranges can be kept in the box for a maximum of 5 to 6 days; being the box a necessary container for the shipment and not its place of conservation. We remind our customers that we collect oranges directly from the tree, without subjecting them to chemicals or cold rooms that accelerate their ripening.
