How should I store the citrus once delivered?
Oranges and mandarins are harvested at their optimum point of ripeness without undergoing subsequent artificial ripening, coloring or waxing treatments. As they are fresh oranges they retain all their properties and vitamins with way more flavor. Here’s how to keep them:
  1. Take them out of the delivery cardboard box
  2. PLACE: Find a cool and dry place in your house, or a covered terrace or gallery, where they can be away from exposure to strong odors, heat sources, the sun’s rays and rain.
  3. CONTAINER: Now you can have your fruts in a large container, where they have the necessary space between them and the openings. Ideally, you can use a large wicker basket.
  4. FRUIT BOWL: Fill your fruit bowl every day from the oranges that you store in your basket. Remember to use a traditional wicker fruit bowl or any material with openings.
  5. If you have made a large order and it will take time to consume the oranges, you can leave a small part of the order in the fridge.
How can I make the payment?

We offer two ways to obtain your fruits from naranjasvalentina:

-Payment through Stripe: Pay easily, quickly and safely with your credit or debit card through the Stripe payment gateway.

-Payment by bank transfer: Place your order and we automatically provide you with our account number so that you can make a transfer to our account. We will proceed with the ordering once received the payment.

What happens if my delivery is delayed or if I receive a damaged package and in poor conditions?

Once the order proceed and given to the carrier, the delivry times are the followings: 1 to 2 working for Spain, 2 to 3 working days for France and 3 to 4 working days for the rest of the countries. You should be provided with tracking details cy the carrier by email. Nevertheless, if you experience extra delay, do not hesitate to contact the carrier with the tracking number you have been provided.
If you receive damage item, it is very important you make proof of the damages and inform the carrier on the delivery receipt. Secondly, please contact us so we can proceed with the issue and offer the best solution.

What happens if my order has not been prepared because of the bad weather conditions?

We usually recolect the fruits from monday to wednesday – with some exeption on thursday – after your order. Sometimes the weather does not allow recolection (it’s raining, of the fruit is wet). If so happens, we will let you know about the delay.

What is the cost of shipment?

We take care of paying the shipping and transportation costs associated with your purchase. Just enjoy your order.

How can I track my order?

Once you have ordered, we will usually prepare it between the following monday to wedenesday. We will provide your email address to our carrier that will provide all the information needed for the tracking.

What happens if the carrier come to the delivery place while you are away?

If there is no one at home at the time the courier arrives, it will reschedule its delivery for the next working day, unless you prefer to pick it up yourself at a collection point of the transport agency. It will contact you to plan the delivery.

Which delivery address should I provide?

Remember that most deliveries are made throughout the day, you can provide us with the delivery address that suits you best to receive your order, without this being your usual address. If you prefer, we will take it to the office, we will leave it to the doorman or to a neighbor. You just have to tell us where you want to receive your order and provide us with the contact telephone number of the person who will receive it.

When is my order confirmed?

Remember that for orders made by credit or debit card through the Stripe payment gateway, confirmation is instantaneous; while for orders made by transfer, confirmation is made after the next 24-48 hours,once we have received the transfer in our bank account.

When can I make the order and which days we recolect the fruits?

Of course you can order whenever you want!

Once your order is confirmed, we will contact you to see when it is best for you to receive your oranges and we will send them home by the conditions on the followint table.
